The Codroy Valley contains one of the largest and richest estuaries in Newfoundland & Labrador. A greater variety of waterfowl species stop here than anywhere else in the province. It is the only wetlands in the province to receive Ramsar designation as " A Wetlands of International Significance".

Enjoy a visit to the interpretation centre and the interpretation trail running along the banks of the Grand Codroy River, which is an easy restful walk from the interpretation centre to Grand Codroy Park.
